In one week, it will be only us and open road. First stop, New Orleans. We were going to be going right up to Myrtle's Plantation, but with my lack of funds, I figured we could stop there on the way back if it interests us. I have already been there, but I thought Heather might like its creepy, beautiful setting. I think it could be a nice "vacation stay" after our journey. I'll keep that in mind.
So much to do this week between visiting with people, working, getting the car checked out, and getting last minute odds and ends together. Also have to completely finish up in the house we just moved out of (mostly done, but will need final cleaning touches). I need to get my sewing machine as well as visit with my Circus Bohemia posse. I have not seen them in a while, and miss them all dearly! I miss so many people dearly. Ah, 'tis the story of my life.
Oh! And Heather and I have a little person (and I do mean LITTLE person) that we are bringing along with us on our trip. You will get to see that she will probably be in more pictures than us! I will not expose who she is, you'll just have to wait and see. :-)
